Music Ministry

Music Ministry is an integral part of Saint Giles’ worship experience. Be it traditional, contemporary, choral, or instrumental (guitar, handbells, or other instruments), there are opportunities to get involved.

Worship Band

If you are interested in singing a wide variety of Christian music ranging from old American Christian standards to contemporary music there are opportunities to join the worship band.

The St. Giles Choir contributes to worship through singing anthems and supporting congregational singing. An all-volunteer choir, this group sings sacred music of many different styles. The choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm – 8:00pm with an optional daytime rehearsal for singers who cannot make an evening rehearsal time. Anyone who enjoys singing is encouraged to join us.

Handbell Choir

St. Giles has 3 octaves of Schulmerich handbells and 2 octaves of Malmark handchimes. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the handbell choir (adults and youth) has not had an opportunity to resume. Plans are underway to re-establish this group.

During the traditional school year, music is a regular part of Sunday School for Saint Giles children.

Please contact us and let us know how you’d like to participate, and our music staff will be in touch with you.
